Okay, now that we have Hidden the Rows, how do we make them viewable again? In order to make them viewable we must select the two Rows that contain the Hidden ones. The Rows that are not viewable are the ones that we selected before, which were 3, 4 and 5. We can see that the viewable Rows are 2, 6, 7, etc.
Straight away, the selected Rows are hidden as shown in the image below. Straight away, the short cut menu appears, where from here we select the command Hide from the bottom of the shortcut menu as shown in the image below. In the image below I have selected the Rows 3, 4 and 5 and once selected we do a right click with our mouse on them. The same procedure we must follow in order to Hide Rows. Once selected, we do a right click with our mouse again, and from the drop down menu that appears we select the Unhide command from the bottom of the drop down menu and straight away the Hidden Columns will appear. In this example, we must select the Columns A and F, because the Columns B, C, D and E are in between the Columns A and F.
